Why does it take so long for you to publish / answer comments?

Again. This is just a hobby for me. I don’t make a single buck of this blog (and don’t intend to) and sometimes I get distracted by other hobbies and I just let my work here go into hibernation. Unfortunately that also means not checking the comments here. I’m appreciating every single comments you guys left me and I’m genuinely sorry if I ever left a question about my recipes unanswered, but life gets in the way sometimes.
