A refreshing not too sweet recipe.
- ¼ cup elderflower syrup
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 5 sprigs mint
- 1 litre sparkling mineral water
- Ice cubes
Cut up the lime and the lemon into thin slices and add to a pitcher.
With a mortar, or even just a wooden spoon, slightly squish the citrus slices, so they release some of their juices.
Add the syrup and the mint and fill up with sparkling mineral water and ice cubes.
